Terms of Service

1. Services
Only True Perspective (OTP) provides creative direction, video editing, visual identity, and web development services. All projects are subject to the specific scope defined in the initial consultation.
2. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to lock in a production slot. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final watermarked assets. Final unwatermarked files are delivered only after the balance is paid in full.
3. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days unless a priority (24-72h) option is selected. Timelines are dependent on client response speed and the current production queue.
4. Use & Ownership
Upon final payment, the client receives all rights to the final creative assets for their intended use. OTP retains the right to use any work created for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.
5. Revisions
All packages include at least one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees depending on complexity.
